Description
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned:  Per pall Gules, Argent and Azure, in dexter a globe and in sinister an open book, and in chief a mountain range, overall per pale a sword point down Silver Gray.  Attached below and to the sides of the shield a tripled Blue scroll turned Red inscribed POWER THROUGH ACQUISITION in Silver letters.

Symbolism
The background reflects the colors of the Army Material Command.  The globe signifies worldwide mission, the book promotes the scholarship and professionalism of the contracting workforce.  The mountain range represents the Colorado Rocky Mountains and the sword symbolizes the support for the warfighter.
